Did you know that Miro Cellars is a side-project for winemaker Miro Tcholakov? That’s right; he also works his Zinfandel magic at Trentadue Winery in Geyserville. In fact, he even makes his Miro Cellars wines there at Trentadue in a “custom crush” arrangement. He carefully keeps his wines (and those made for other custom crush clients) separate from Trentadue’s wines. However, he does not play favorites: each and every lot—no matter who ultimately gets his name on the label—gets 100% of Miro’s loving care.
