2014 Conzelman Vineyard Pinot Noir

This 2014 Miro Cellars Conzelman Vineyard Anderson Valley Pinot Noir balances power and elegance. Its predominant red fruit aromas are supported by the judicious use of new French oak barrels. Cherry, cranberry and even some cassis and wild berry fragrances transcend the nose with soft heart notes of earthiness. There is also a suggestion of rose petals and slight orange blossom as well. The mouthfeel is fresh, round, juicy with a surprising but deliciously firm finish. Drink now or age properly for 3-5 years. Cheers!

2014 Orsi Vineyard Pinot Noir
Sold Out

The 2014 Miro Cellars Pinot Noir Orsi Vineyard has a fresh, medium dark red color. The first impression is of dark cherry compote, a hint of cranberry, ripe strawberry and pronounced rose petal aromas. With further aeration, the wine shows slight nuances of cola, vanilla and toast and suggestions of forest floor and fresh earthiness. The mouth feel opens with fresh ripe fruit and finishes with balanced acidity and soft tannin. The wine is still very young at the time of these notes and it will develop nicely with 3-6 years of aging. Cheers!

2013 Miro Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Silverwood Vineyard

“The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Silverwood Vineyard comes from Pine Mountain, in this case a vineyard at a 2,200-foot elevation. The color is deep ruby/purple and the wine offers plenty of blackberry and cassis, a nice touch of oak and licorice. It is full-bodied, rich, concentrated and impressive. Drink it over the next 10-15 years.”

2013 Miro Cellars Zinfandel Mancini Vineyard

“The delicious 2013 Zinfandel Mancini Vineyard comes from century-old vines that provide the essence of wild berry fruit, pepper, spice and plenty of black cherry and black raspberry. This is beautifully opulent, lush, sexy and classic Zinfandel. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.”

2013 Miro Cellars Petite Sirah Coyote Ridge Vineyard

“The 2013 Petite Sirah Coyote Ridge Vineyard from Dry Creek is highly extracted, dense purple slightly sinewy, without the suppleness one sees in the Zinfandel or Cabernet, but certainly loaded. I am sure that 20 years from now this wine will be performing a lot†better than it is out of bottle.”

Rich aromas of dark cherry, dried currants, mocha, exotic spice, tobacco leaf, and cedar. Full flavors of mature blackberry, black plum, and cassis, with hints of vanilla, clove, anise, and subtle, earthy oak. Peppery tannins and dusty minerals on the lingering finish.
